Aosong has a complete semiconductor sensor chip manufacturing production line with advanced semiconductor sensor chip design, manufacturing, packaging and testing technologies, and has set up a number of domestic leading automated production lines. Aosong implements IDM mode, and at the same time, Aosong has set up several standard production and assembly lines to realize the R&D, manufacturing and sales of the whole industrial chain of sensors.
Huge investment to build the semiconductor sensor production line, the first phase of the project clean room covers a total area of about 2,000 square meters, the 100-level clean room covers an area of about 500 square meters; there are 100-level clean photolithography area, 1,000-level clean coating area, etching area, ion implantation area, wet cleaning area and the visit channel, etc., and installed a number of sets of high-performance air shower system, to enter the clean room of the staff or the goods to carry out a thorough air shower to remove dust.
Aosong has introduced many advanced semiconductor equipments such as stepper projection lithography, double-sided lithography, adhesive coating developer, deep bath etching machine, ion implanter, PECVD, LPCVD, oxidation furnace, magnetron sputtering machine, probe tester, automatic RCA cleaner, etc., and are equipped with measuring and analyzing systems such as SEM, EDS, film thickness meter, stress meter, etc. and have the ability to research and develop as well as to manufacture high-quality sensors.
The quality of products is the most core competitiveness of Aosong Electronic. Each process has developed a different testing program. There are more than dozens of testing procedures to ensure the stability and accuracy of product performance.
The production process of each product is carried out in strict accordance with the technical operating instructions, and each employee strictly implements the 7S management system.
